Training Session on Firefighting

With our unwavering belief in the importance of safety in the work environment, NAPCO organized a training session for its employees on firefighting, under the supervision of trainer Ali Al-Ghafri. Through this session , participants were provided with knowledge about the different types of fires, how it spread, and their causes. They were also taught the ideal procedures for safe and rapid evacuation in emergencies to ensure everyone’s safety, in addition to raising their awareness of the importance of fire prevention and qualifying them to provide effective first aid in fire situations.
We believe that this course is an investment in the safety of our employees and enhances their culture of awareness of the importance of safety in all aspects of work, to ensure a safe and stable work environment for everyone.
Training Course “Employee Policies and Procedures”

National Aluminum Products Company was honored to have an honorable trainer / Naji Ahmed Al-Sulaimani. He presented a valuable training course for employees entitled “Employee Policies and Procedures”, which was like an exciting exploratory journey into the world of successful leadership. The course included the basics of effective leadership and the most important strategies followed to lead the team towards achieving the best results, and the course was not limited to the theoretical aspect only, but it was interspersed with realistic examples and practical applications. This enriched the employees’ knowledge and enhanced their leadership skills.

Occupational Health and Safety

Strategic Collaboration for a Sustainible Future

We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Alex Dantziguian, Managing Director of M/s Technoform, and Mr. Davide Novelli, Operations Manager, for a full-day techno-commercial engagement at Napco.
This session went beyond a typical business meeting—it was a dynamic platform for exchanging insights, technical expertise, and strategic perspectives. Both teams brought a wealth of experience to the table, reaffirming our shared vision of long-term collaboration.

Local Markets Collaboration

The National Aluminum Products Company (NAPCO) had the honor of hosting His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Ramadan Al Balushi today, a member of the Shura Council representing the Wilayat of Al Amerat and the Vice Chairman of the Media and Tourism Committee. During the visit, a comprehensive visual presentation about the company was delivered, followed by discussions on ways to support NAPCO in enhancing its presence in the local market and expanding its product offerings, in alignment with the industrial development objectives of the Sultanate.
Collaboration with "Al-Ethar Group"

In collaboration with Al-Ethar Group, the National Aluminum Products Company (NAPCO) distributed a number of Ramadan baskets in the Al- Mabbilah area - Muscat, to a group of needy families. Ramadan Gathering (Iftar)

In a Ramadan atmosphere filled with love and brotherhood, the members of the Board of Directors and the executive management of the National Aluminum Products Company gathered with their employees, hosted by a group of representatives from government agencies and private institutions, for the annual Iftar gathering of 2025. The values of friendship and communication were embodied in this evening, and human and social bonds were strengthened.
Moments of intimacy illuminated the gathering, ensuring that Ramadan remains a symbol of love and unity.
